How can I change my previous email registered to my iCloud email

I want to access Apple apps but my previous email used keeps popping up I forgot the password already and every time I will retrieve it will keep on asking my trusted phone number which I have forgotten long time. I can’t update my apps due to this. I use the new user ID but again it went back to old user ID please help. I want to use the new Apple ID which is ***

See if you can retrieve the password via -- If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support. As for the trusted number, you can reset that by going to the Apple ID page -- https://appleid.apple.com.
