What is the exact text of the message ? If it's that there was a 'problem with a previous purchase' then that means that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase(s) and you therefore owe them for it - until that is paid off you won't be able to download anything else (nor remove your payment card, you will only be able to replace it with a valid payment method) : If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
