Disabled iPhone 7 Plus. iTunes and Recovery Mode are not workings.

Still on the iOS [10] it came from. iTunes keeps popping up a window saying I need to type my passcode; pressing the Volume Down button and Side button just restarts it.

Also, currently studying in the Philippines, and there are no Apple Store and authorized service/support here.

Disabled iPhone 7 Plus Hi wife’s iPhone 7 is disabled entered password incorrectly too many times. Can’t connect to iTunes and restore due to not having enough disk space and have deleted stuff and hasn’t worked. Also tried going to iCloud and erasing phone but says pending rang support and they haven’t been helpful. Do we have to get hold of another pc or MacBook to sign into iTunes and restore?
