How/when are you trying to remove it ? You won't be able to do so when trying to download something, you will only potentially be able to do so just by logging into the account : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link.
I no longer have the crad on my payment method and I want to change it but the only choice that come up are none or paypal and when I press none it says “The card you enetered is not supported by this store” but I have not entered the new card info
