Calls are still muffled why!

It’s march 3 2018 and my iPhone 8 still has issues with muffled calls or people can’t hear me. I did all the tricks and tips and even reset the phone. Still issues! Apple- this has been going on for months with these phones. Man up and fix the dam problem immediately! I use my phone for business and cannot take calls, how ridiculous!!!

I've already turned up my volume as high as it will go, the plastic covering has been removed from the speakers and I'm not holding my hand over any of the speakers. Sometimes when I make calls with my iPhone 11 the other person cannot hear me. Sometimes when I make calls with my iPhone 11 the other person cannot hear me. Hanging up and dialling again sometimes helps. A friend says he experiences something similar with an iPhone 12. is this a known problem?
