help please i have followed apples instructions for a disabled ipad but its not working. I can't sync it up to itunes either this is making impossible to follow all of their instructions. Apple is closed, anyone have any ideas for what i can do??

What is not working when you follow the instructions : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support ?
I can't sync it up to itunes either this is making impossible to follow all of their instructions.
Why can't you ? If a device is disabled it needs to be connected to a computer's iTunes in order to reset it
