Apple ID change

Question

Hi guys,

Have a couple changes and can't seem to sort out any...

(1) change Apple ID from old work email address to my personal gmail

(2) change country from US to South Africa as it won't accept my Credit Card details for SA as billing address differs

(3) spending remainder amount in iStore so I can load my Credit Card ($0.17)

2, the billing address needs to match, and a SA card can only be used with the SA store.

3, contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
