iPhone "network cable unplugged"

Hello,

a few days ago I bought mobile data and I want to use it as my internet. But there's a problem when I connect my iPhone into the PC. It gets recognized but I can't choose it as a active internet. It shows "network cable unplugged".

I also have a problem with my windows that it shows no connection even though I can browse through the internet.

I can't get the network icon on the toolbar as it's greyed out:

So I did manage to fix the issues with net by updating my windows to creator's build. But doing so caused my PC's performance to INSANELY drop. So I was forced to re-roll the update and the network problem re-appeared.

I tried re-installing drivers, using cmd commands to reset net and many more.

I use the following:

OS: Windows 10, anniversary update

iPhone SE, iOS 11.0.3

Latest iTunes

Please help 😟

iPhone SE, iOS 11.0.3, null

Update: My friend's iPhone SE which has iOS 10 doesn't show the error. So it seems that it's the phone's fault.
