no video playback

Just updated to latest iTunes 12.7.3.46 and now I get no Video playback with any of my music videos, Audio is fine just no video.

Pixelated video on iTunes, windows 10 I downloaded the new update for iTunes just yesterday. Since then, I can't get any videos, movies or TV shows to play on iTunes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting the shows and redownloading them, and updating my device drivers. Nothing has worked. This is for Windows 10 - iTunes version 12.11.4.15. If anyone can help me I'd be super grateful.

Itunes Videos on Windows 10 Home are All Choppy on a New PC iTunes Videos are All Choppy on a New PC: ------- I am setting up iTunes on a new, out of the box PC. I have set up all other needed items -- iTunes is all that's left to configure. But, for some reason, when both streaming and playing downloaded videos in iTunes, it's all choppy and hard to follow. Music, however plays just fine -- there's no skipping. So no worries there. As for other Media Players: QuickTime Player and Windows Media Player play videos just fine. It's just iTunes. So, how do I fix this? Trying all resolution settings, there is no difference. Any thoughts?

Hello RANQ,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you updated iTunes on your Mac and now you do not see the video, but you hear the sound. Since this began after you updated iTunes, you may also want to make sure the other software on your Mac is updated too.

First, make sure that you have a current backup of your Mac: How to use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac .
