Question: iCloud for Windows and MS Outlook 2016

I have a Outlook mail profile setup but iCloud does not see it.


"Setup can't continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile. Check your Outlook Settings and try again."


I have read so many issues on this but have not found a solution. This is on a new Windows 10 computer. All of the other four that were upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 easily upgraded to Outlook 2016 but not this one and I have spend many hours reading and it appears that are many with this same issue. I do not know if this is a MS or an Apple issue.
