I can't find on internet an answer to this simple question.
Is there a way, using the terminal, to open more than one folder (using tab) in the same finder window?

From the Finder's File menu select New Tab or use Command-T with the Finder active.

I don't know if there is such a command. You could search through the man pages to see. I've never come across it. I think you would need to use programming to do that.
