Apple ID disabled?
I’m actually asking this for my friend. Her Apple ID is currently disabled due to fraud and she can’t get in to update her phone or MacBook. Any suggestions without a factory reset? That would be a last resort. Thank you!
Has she tried the instructions on the page that you posted from to see if that re-enables the account ? And if it doesn't has she tried contacting iTunes Support and seeing if they can/will re-enable it ? A factory reset won't re-enable an account.
