Looking for a special plug-in

Hi there!

I am looking for special plug-in to use with FCPX. I saw it many times in following Youtube channel called "Fun for Louis".

HAVE A LOOK on the first 7 seconds.

He uses as far as I know Adobe Premiere Pro, but I badly looking for the same kind of smooth motion title sticking and tracking.

Does anyone got an idea? Appreciate your feedback 😉
