Visa was being taken, not anymore. Subscription automatically cancelled. Why?

You have no rights to debit my cancelled visa account. I have not asked to purchase anything from you and have notified you before that I am not interested in your so called product. Stop creating accounts for me. I do not authorize you to debit my cancelled visa account for a service I did not ask for. I have tried to contact you before but to no avail . Please stop sending me outstanding accounts for a product I have not used! Jurgen Konig
