Slow/Buffering iPhone Video via iTunes/ATV3

Got a bunch of 720 video shot with iPhone 6 that I've dumped into the iTunes on computer downstairs. Trying to play upstairs on ATV3 (wifi) and crazy buffering times - what gives? Fast internal HD on iTunes computer, fast wifi router ... might be time to upgrade?

iPhone videos - no picture Hi, I found this post and it’s exactly what is happening to my videos once downloaded to my computer. They play sound, but no video. Iphone 12 Pro Videos in Fast Forward when Air Dropped to iMac I took video. All video is 4k 60fps or 1080 at 240fps. Never had a problem with this before. Today I air dropped to my iMac running Catalina 10.15.7 and all the videos just play back in fast forward making them useless :( Any help?
