I received an email supposedly from Apple saying changes were made to my Apple ID and if I didn’t make them I need to click on this link and update my account. I’m thinking this is spam, what do you think? Anyone else get these? I’m not clicking on any links.
Sounds like a scam.
Apple will always address you by your real name, never by your email address or Dear Customer. Also the sent-from address should be @apple.com or @itunes.com Additionally Apple does not send attachments.

As macjack posted, Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you and the e-mail will be from @apple.com.
Send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it.
If you forward it, some of the needed information may be lost. Select the e-mail, click, hold, and drag to your Desktop. Start a new e-mail to the address posted above and then click the paperclip icon at the top right. Select the file on the Desktop.
Oh it also says my Apple ID has been locked. Is there someplace to forward these emails to? How can I tell if Apple really sends me an email?

I don’t know how to send an email as an attachment to a new email. Can’t I just forward it?
I’m on my iPad, guess I’ll have to try that on the main computer.
I found a way to do it. Took a screenshot and sent that to the address.
You might try doing it again when you get to the computer. A screen shot won't show all the headings that indicate where the e-mail came from.
