Why is my iPhone X acting up?

My iphone x is acting up, my music or netflix randonmly starts playing. Sometimes siri just pops up so i turned it off but voice control shows up now. Also it takes forever to unlock my phone with faceID.

Why does Siri and voice control keep coming up? I could be randomly doing something . Texting, on YouTube, listening to music, etc and voice control and Siri Will pop up!!! It’s so annoying. I’ve tried turning it off in settings but it still comes up. I’ve tried restarting my phone as well. it only happens when I have my headphones plugged in.... ugh it’s fustrating . Why is this happening? What do I need to do?
