iMac (Late 2015) Black Screen on High Brightness

Hey guys, i bought a used iMac 2015 model yesterday which is pretty good but has been causing some problems since i got it.

I managed to re-format it from the root and install the newest OS to it, however i've been having some problems with it.

When i try to turn the brightness of the screen over 3 bars, the screen goes black and i have to lower it from my keyboard and restart the screen (CTRL+SHIFT+EJECT) for it to work again. I cannot seem to fix it whatever i try. Any suggestions?

iMac late 2009 screen problem Hello, My iMac screen goes black when i increase the brightness and working normally in the background. Is it the lcd inverter that causes this problem?
