Cannot find apps unless I use spotlight...

I downloaded two apps and they were working...but I did ‘something’ and I cannot see the apps any longer. They’re still on my phone, cos I can open them with spit lite, but search as I may I cannot find the apps on my screen...

Apps Disappear from the App Librar Many a times when i pick up my phone, my apps are gone from the App Library, either I have to search them from the search bar, or I have to bring the screens back, where the folders are created and at last I have to restart my phone to get them back. This is annoying and glitchy. Kindly help resolve ps - My phone is updated to the latest OS version and have enough spare memory as well.

Apps don’t appear in my Home Screen My iPhone is on the last software update iOS 14.0.1 and I downloaded a few apps from the App Store but all of them aren’t in my Home Screen what should I do? I checked million times and I’m 10000% sure they aren’t there, but i can open them by typing their names on the search screen tho
