Ipad Mini won't turn on.

My iPad mini won't turn on or reboot. I've charged it over night, unplugged then tried to use. Nothing. Nada.

Held down both on/off button and home button to reboot, Nada. I'm plugged into my Mac to try and restore from iTunes but it won't connect to my iTunes. I backed it up manually to iCloud and my computer this past week, but now it won't even turn on to restore to factory settings.

Anyone had this problem and had it repaired? Not sure if I've exhausted everything at my end. What to do....?
