Apple Support music-on-hold is distorted.

I don't call Apple Support very often but EVERY time I do and get music on hold it is distorted. I used to have Verizon (about 1 yr ago) and now have ATT with the same effect. I call other support services and get music on hold which is just find. Apple should listen to their own music on hold and confirm their customer experience. I have also test EarPods, airpods, speaker phone, and regular iPhone listening. I have adjusted the volume at mid to max volume, it has not change on the distortion.

Hi Chuck. I have mentioned the distortion on Apple's music on hold system to Apple a bazillion times for all the good it does. I imagine it would be expensive, time consuming and disruptive to replace it company wide. But, it is annoying. 😎
