Image Capture error -9937 with iPhone 8

I just shot a 4 minute movie on iPhone 8, it plays fine throughout. However, when I try to copy to Mac via Image Capture or Photos I receive an Error -9937. All iOS and Mac OS is up to date.

How do I get this 640MB movie off of my iPhone 8? This was not a problem on my iPhone 6 or earlier.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Image Capture: error 9937 I have a solution. And it works fine. This error is due to videos (no matter size of file) High Deifinition setting which turns automatically in iPhone after SW update. Follow these steps: Settings, Camera, Formats... chose 'Most Compatible' Re-start iPhone. Open the video you could not transfer to your Mac (either using Image Capture or Photos, because same error happens in both programs). When video plays on iPhone chose 'Edit' then cut last or beginning of the vide 1 second and hit 'finish'. iPhone will ask you if you wish to save it as save or new clip, chose 'save'. (If you chose 'save as new clip' you will see the new recording by letter 'E' added to beginning of same file name which you just eddited... but this file will not open in QuickTime Player due to codec problems). Give it at least 1 minute before going to file transfer (I do not know why but it seems program may be doing something in background) Now you can transfer the video to your computer without a problem. Image Capture: error 9937 I'm having problems to import from iPhone, however my Settings/Photos are already in Automatic mode

Import error when filtered I have an iPhone 12, I have connected my iPhone to my windows computer using lightening cable to USB so that I can import direct from my phone. If the photo was captured using a filter it saves the photo without a filter and then a copy but the filtered image has a greyed out section always at the bottom. Why is this and how can I prevent it.
