Why has my iPhone 7 suddenly stopped working properly ?!

My iPhone one day stopped playing music out of the earphones one day so I decided to turn it on and off. When I attempted to turn it back it got stuck on the Apple logo for at least an hour then turned on, how ever it was not the same. The microphone does not work, it will not take videos, phone calls do not work and when it turns off it takes an hour or longer to turn back on?! The phone has never been in water and has been in a case all it’s life. I’m a big fan of Apple products but the phone is only 2 months out of warranty and it has stopped working?! Not happy
