I often use the volume control on the earplugs to take photos, however, suddenly the iPhone 8 does not react to the volume control. I can hear sound but not change the volume and also not take photos.
Anyone who knows what the problem is and if it is a setting in the control that has changes?

I am using the adapter that came with the iPhone 8 Plus but every time I insert into the phone Siri automatically starts up and that never happend before. Why does Siri react to he plug being inserted?
