Help with iPhone 7+ camera

Hi I just noticed this issue this morning.

In my camera app my rear camera shows a black screen or closed lens. My front camera seems fine when I switch over.

In my FaceTime app, neither does my front camera or rear camera work. All the other party sees is a black screen. I am not able to swap front and back cameras, button doesn’t seem to be responding.

I am on iOS 11.2.6. Both cameras and FaceTime was last used around 18hrs before. Performed several phone restarts followed by force reboot with no success.
