Question: "Device could not be verified" Why?
Trying to download the new free operating system, High Sierra. I know I have my ID & password correct because I just reset the password, but when I try to sign in to execute the download, I get the message: "Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance."
Is this something I can get help with here?
