A hard reset won't do anything to any of the settings.
This is a low level iOS code reset.
This won't do anything to any of the iOS settings or WiFi settings.
Try performing this reset per my instructions.

Have you tried a hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake buttons simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons?
Actually my daughter uses the ipad at school. I am worried that if i reset the ipad, she can not access WiFi at school. Thanks any way
