how do i locate my subscriptions

I recently downloaded a free app that tells me I will be charged $60 after 7 days if I do not cancel my subscription. Then it tells me to go to settings on my phone, apps & iTunes, view Apple ID, then go to account settings and scroll down to SUBSCRIPTIONS. But I can’t locate subscriptions anywhere. Can anyone help with this?
