Flagged emails not showing

So when on my desktop, I flag emails or follow up. Then in Outlook, I can see all of the flagged emails under the folder called flagged.

When I go to that same flagged email folder on my iPhone, it only shows 1 or maybe 2.

Any ideas?

Why are flagged emails disappearing from inbox and where do they go when the flag is deleted? Hi, When flagging an email I always leave them in my inbox so that I can follow up regularly. The last couple of days they have disappeared from the inbox and are only visible in the Flagged box. Now when I flag an email it too disappears from the inbox. Why? How do I stop this? Also, when I remove the flag the message disappears. I want to keep these messages for future reference, so where do they go? How do I retrieve them?

Unflag all emails at once I recently accidently flagged ALL of the emails in my Mail app on my iPad. Now all of my emails (1000+) are showing in the flagged folder on my iPad but are not visible to me when I use my computer to access my emails. Is there a way to select all of my flagged emails on my iPad and then unflag them all at the same time?
