IPhone won’t save recent calls

Since the iOS 11 update my phone no longer saves missed or recent calls. If I don’t see a call it doesn’t register at all. I’ve tried resetting the network settings and even a factory reset and backing up from iTunes. I’m running 11.2.6 on an 8 plus. It’s getting really frustrating. Anyone have any ideas?

Unable to make calls on iPhone XR I recently inherited my sons XR. When I tried to make a call, it said, Last line no longer available. Do you want to use your remaining line? According to an old discussion, I deleted recent and missed calls and it seemed to fix the issue. When I used the phone in the car, the same pop up came on. If I use CarPlay, it does not seem to be a problem. It seems silly to have to go through an extra step every time I want to make a call on my iPhone. Any ideas? Thanks. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple iPhone 11 Pro : Call waiting not working. Good day. Please help! Call waiting is ON on iPhone 11 Pro, but not working. Also these calls are not shown as missed calls. It is creating VERY big problems for me.
