I just upgraded to Iphone 7 Plus. The apps that now come on the phone: Clips, Garage Band, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and Itunes U will not open all the way. Soon as I click them the partially open and immediately close. Any idea what's wrong? I've signed out of my Apple ID account and back in like someone suggested. All other apps I had on 5s are working fine on new 7 plus.

Have the apps completed their downloads? Check in App Store > Updates
Does your iPhone have enough free storage? Check Settings > General > iPhone Storage and be certain you never have less than 10% of the iPhone's total storage free.
Have all the files these apps use finished loading? Look around in the Files app and see that you're done loading files.
Force restart the iPhone. Press and hold the volume-down and side buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

Yes I've checked everything. Even tried the hard reboot you suggested and still nothing. Plenty of gigs left in Storage, it's a brand new phone.
