Why do my iCloud backups from my iPhone keep saying they're 0kb in size?

Every time I backup my iPhone to iCloud it says in my iCloud storage settings that it's taking 0kb. Is anything actually backed up to iCloud? How do I find what backups are stored in my iCloud? I have plenty of space left in my iCloud account.

Yes, I see that the backup in iCloud says that it's 2.2Gb when I look up the info in my MacBook Pro settings. I guess it's a bug in the iPhone settings, because there it always says the iCloud backup size is 0kb.
