What does it mean when an Apple report says: unresponsive before sampling and idle work queue threads omitted
This issue - iCloud icon on Apple System Preferences beach balling
after clicked and panel notes 'iCloud loading...' but nothing happens.
All other icons are as responsive as always.
I did in dealing with an scam of an iCloud popup which would not
close and kept returning Trash these items:
-the caches folder at: ~/Library/folder
-the iCloud folder in the ~ /Library/ApplicationsSupport/folder
and
- the MobileMeAccounts.plist in the ~/Library/Preferences/folder
then I Restarted the computer (which I understand
puts back in default the items trashed.
I believe that it is since then that the beach balling must have
been happening, I know for sure that this procedure happen
on Dec 3, 2017 and the last uploaded picture (according
to the preferences I had for iCloud before the procedure)
was on Nov 30, 2017.
==========================================
The Apple Report which is generated from force quitting
System Preferences has items which seem related which
are related to the problem but I don't understand there
meaning. The report says:
"Note: unresponsive for 14 seconds before sampling"
"Note: 2 idle work queue threads omitted"
Please, what is the meaning of these notes in plain English?
I sense that if I understood what is being noted I might at least
have a clue in regards to the actual source of the problem that
I am experiencing with the beach balling and having to force
quite to exit SysPref after I click the iCloud icon.
Other than not automatically uploading photo stream there
seem to be not problems at iCloud Photos nor MacPhotos,
nor iCloud Drive.
