When I try to update my apps it says your Apple ID has been disabled what can I do to fix it ?

It’s been like this for a month.

If you receive a message that your AppleID has been disabled, you should first read this document. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204106

Be aware, Apple never send email advice that your AppleID has been disabled. You can also obtain help via this link. https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

If you sense that your ID has been compromised in some way, choose your country from this link and follow the appropriate instructions. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/
