Question: Apple TV not recognizing Apple ID
My gen 1 Apple TV is not recognizing my Apple ID. I’ve unplugged multiple times, changed my password, signed in from other devices properly, but AppleTV will not recognize my Apple TV to let me rent/purchase content.
it states “Apple ID you entered couldn’t be found or your password was incorrect”
i cleared and reentered info, over an dappointment over - AppleID is working from other multiple devices - I can sign into Apple ID, just NOT with AppleTV where I am trying to purchase and play content.
