I bought an iphone 7 plus unlocked to all carriers and it says i have to take it to my carrier or apple to get it unlocked. i called my carrier and its activated by them but it still says to take it to the carrier or apple. why?
From what seller in what country did you purchase this iPhone?
If it was truly unlocked, you would not be having this problem.
Return the iPhone to the seller for assistance or refund or replacement.
What does it say when you look at Settings>General>About>Carrier?
You may have to scroll to see the entry for Carrier.
If there is an error message, what is the exact
