My iPad air freezes completely after update 11.2.6

Only homebutton reacts, but screen/touch/gestures dont react to anything.

What can I do?

Allready restarted by pressing home+power 5 seconds, did not help.

Bug in 11.2.6 ?

Since the issue persists after restarting, take a look at the following link and follow the steps in the section "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up":

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
