Is there any way of accessing data from previous backups?

MY whatsapp randomly deleted all my chats so it’s not on MYCH most recent back up and the wahtsapl was deleted from iCloud for some random reason however I have the backup from November 2017 and that contains all my chats and I was wondering if there Was any way I could just access those chats from that backup
