First you should always take a look at the documentation to see if the answers are there.
If you can't find it there, then best to always go to the ClamXAV Help Desk next.
Since those are identified in Red as System Infections, then to delete infected files, you can select them in the Infection List area of ClamXav's main window and then click on the File menu -> Infection List -> Delete File or by using the Delete button on the toolbar.
Hi 🙂
To give you peace of mind ......
If you have the time, may I suggest that you go to the Apple 'App' store and search for, then install, an App called EasyFind.
Then use the EasyFind software to search your computer for 'ClamXav' (no quote marks).
If the uninstall was completely successful, I'd expect there to be no files/folders found bearing that name. If you DO find any such items, please post a screenshot of what you see.

Hi 71
May I ask your reason(s) for suggesting the removal of ClamXav?
=
I thought it rather amusing that 'jelena221' reported "I just have installed the malware ..."! 😉
I did know what she meant! (Malwarebytes)

Your MacBook cannot get a virus. Adware is an entirely different matter. Download and install the free trial version of this program.
https://www.malwarebytes.com/. Then remove clamX AV.
Thanks! I will do it right now.
Good. Then be sure to publish it here so I can review it for you.
I just have installed the malware, and deleted the ClamXav, it seams everything is OK now.
What should I publish here?
If all is now okay consider it solved. I thought that Clam X may have contributed.

???
Actually, the uninstaller will always leave it's registration information behind just in case the user purchased it and simply needs to re-install it.
Hello! Thanks 🙂 I am trying to instal EasyFind, but it does not work, I cannot open it. Do you have any idea why?
