My Apple TV cannot open Harry Potter 4 (4K) while can open Harry Potter 1-3

The notification above popped up after played movie for few minutes. Do I really need to change HDMI cable? Why can I still play other 4K movies including Harry Potter #1-3 without any issue? Pls kindly support. This is so annoying when you purchased movie but cannot watch.
