Iphone X speaker to receive call really low

Hi all, I have an issue with my Iphone X 256GB (OS 11.26) So I am a previous user of Iphone 5S, I found that Iphone X speaker when I received or make a call is really low voice if to be compare to my previous Iphone 5S to be true is not normal at all. Have you guys experienced the same issue and how to get it solved? Thank you
