I cannot use kindle or cloud reader it will not allow me to add to home screen and I cannot read prime books without being on,one

Kindle Cloud Reader is a website. You need to have an internet connection to access the website. You open it in your Safari Browser on your iPad.

What happens when you try to add it to your home screen?
