Have cracked and the service they don’t have the screen so they did not do anything except I have to wait till they get screen so I need a request from your behalf to change my mobile as it is not usable the glass is going out urgently need solution

Issues with Iphone during first year warranty and repairment Hello, I've been experiencing issues with my iphone's screen for quite some time. I decided to bring it to an authorized Apple service, as it is under first year warranty. (i bought and activated the device about 7-8 months ago) I just received feedback from the service, that indeed there is an issue with the screen so they had to replace the screen and my phone is ready. My question in place, since it is under first year Apple official warranty, shouldn't they replace my device with a new one, instead of replacing the screen? Requesting to Replace my iPhone Hi, Expecting a help from your side,got frustrated the service which I got from iPhone never expected this type of service from apple. This is the second time I am facing issues in my iPhone within 5 months, everytime I need to submit my phone 15-20 days in the customer care center. Both the time I have faced issues in hardware then also they are ready to replace it. They have repairwd one part after one month again facing new issue in display in just 5 months this type issues. Please replace my phone. Otherwise after some days some new issue will come in new part. It's a humble request please replace. I have invested a good amount of money in this phone. Please help
