Can't get a refund

Why does iTunes not reply or refund the money they have taken by fraud from my account?

No one else uses my account yet iTunes has for months taken money out of my account.

These are purchases that show on your iTunes account's purchase history ? Is it a subscription(s) that you didn't cancel ? Obviously nobody on here will know why (you already know that we are just fellow users and these are user forums), if you've contacted iTunes Support, they haven't replied. Have you tried contacting them again : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or 'contact Support' at the top right of every page on here, or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html ?
