I didn’t get any purchase email ! Its just pending and I didn’t recive my item usually i get the item then after couple of hours until 1 day i get the email ! But this says that its pending and it already tooked my money

The Email bill you got from Apple for this purchase go to bottom of the page click on report a problem.

I bought this in app purchase that is pending , usually i get it immediately but when i purchased this I didn’t get anything it just took my money , so what is the solution for this ?
