Question

I cant hear anything when i call someone

when i try to call someone i cant hear anything unless i put it on speaker or on the headphones i dont know whats causing this, it was perfectly fine last week I tried restarting it and updating and Turing off the Bluetooth but it still won’t work. I have an iPhone 7 Plus
