Slow dock after migrating to a new OSX version

Hi,

I have already opened a discussion here about this problem but I can't continue it : "Looks like no one's replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question."

After a while, the problem has disappear but after a new migration to 10.13, it cames back again !

Any idea ?
