Amazon popup

i have been receiving this congratulations pop up on many sites. After trying all the responses to go into settings and clear your history, it’s still there. I looked Into removing Safari as my default browser and went into setting, general, restrictions. I turned off Safari. Obviously when I tried to use most of my shortcuts, they no longer worked. Tried Chrome for a while and decided to turn Safari back on. So far, the pop up is gone. I think the answer may be to clear history and then go to general,restrictions and turn Safari off for a while and reset it. Hope this helps
