Cellar data not working

Hi my name is India & I have the iPhone 7, I noticed after I did the iOS 11 update my cellar data doesn’t work sometimes. It says I have it on, but I can’t browse the web, FaceTime or send iMessage, but I can make phone calls & send out regular text messages. I tried everything possible to get it working again. Like resetting my phone, resetting the network settings, taking out the SIM card & even factory resetting it. Nothing worked, am I the only one going through this? Someone please help

I understand that your iPhone is sometimes not connecting to your cellular network, and I'm happy to help. You've done a great job with troubleshooting so far. Please review this support article to try the steps that you haven't yet tried. You may want to contact your wireless carrier as suggested in the support article.
