Lost purchased Music after a reset

I have an iPhone SE and it developed a problem with the camera so i took it to Apple for a diagnostic and they did a full "reset as new" on my phone. This meant when i got it home i had to try to restore my phone by syncing it to my Mac. It then became apparent that my phone and mac hadn't been synced since 2016. So after the restore i now have no music that i purchased since 2016. Is there any way to get it back, i can't see any music stored on the iCloud drive.
